Jessica’s Story

My journey in real estate began when I was just 18 years old. What started as an opportunity to learn the business quickly became a passion that has shaped my entire career. Now, nearly two decades later, real estate is not just what I do - it’s something I genuinely enjoy and feel honored to be a part of for my clients.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping many people buy, sell, and invest in real estate, and one of the most rewarding parts of my career has been seeing clients return again and again when it’s time for their next move. Those long-standing relationships mean everything to me, because they represent trust built through experience, honesty, and consistent results.
From the beginning, I made a conscious decision that I never wanted to approach real estate like a stereotypical salesperson. My goal has always been to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the process. I don’t believe in pressure or convincing someone to make a decision that doesn’t feel right to them. Instead, my role is to guide you through the process, provide insight and expertise, and make sure you truly feel excited about the decisions you’re making.

Amanda's Story

Rooted in North Carolina and raised in a family of seasoned real estate investors, I developed an early appreciation for the strategy and long-term vision behind successful property ownership. While I’m proud to represent the next generation in this industry, my foundation was shaped by firsthand exposure to investment conversations, market analysis, and the work ethic it takes to build wealth through real estate. That perspective allows me to serve my clients with both fresh energy and a well-grounded understanding of the market.
I love guiding first-time homebuyers through one of life’s most meaningful milestones, and I also work with clients purchasing land, custom homes, investment properties, and commercial buildings. From cozy starter homes to expansive acreage and income-producing properties, I approach every transaction with focus, organization, and intention.
Highly detail-oriented and proactive—Type A in the best way—I take a consultative approach, listening closely and tailoring strategies to fit each client’s goals. I’m flexible, readily available, and committed to clear communication so my clients feel confident and supported every step of the way. My goal is always to go above and beyond, delivering a luxury-level experience with a warm, down-home feel.

Megan's Story

I was originally licensed in real estate over ten years ago, and since then I’ve spent much of my time working alongside commercial investors, developers, and property owners alike. That experience gave me the opportunity to learn the commercial side of real estate from the inside out and become fluent in the language that drives investment deals, property acquisitions, and long-term portfolio growth.
Over the years I’ve built strong relationships with investors and commercial property owners, and those connections have become an invaluable part of how I help clients today. Being around the investment side of real estate for so long has allowed me to understand what investors are looking for and how to help connect the right opportunities with the right people.
I recently reactivated my real estate license and am excited to be fully back in the industry, continuing to grow my network and reconnect with many of the investors and professionals I’ve worked with over the years. I’m passionate about building relationships, expanding my Rolodex of contacts, and helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate opportunities that make sense for their goals.
